At Blackwell Roots we grow certified organic cabbage and make delicious living raw sauerkraut on our family farm in Cabot, Vermont.
Our goal is to provide organic, nutrient dense, probiotic food year round, to help re-localize agriculture, and to strengthen communities of all types.
We'll be rolling out more lacto-fermented items in the near future. In the meantime, you can find our products at local coops.
Our sauerkraut is available in pint and quart cases, as well as bulk 1, 2, and 5 gallon food-grade buckets. We deliver locally and ship with Black River Produce.
